Series-X Panel PCs Guides

PURPOSE-BUILT INFRASTRUCTURE

Compute where commercial hardware dies.

No fans. No cables. No throttling. We engineer industrial PCs that survive oil rigs, abattoirs, and heavy CNC vibration.

The Cost of "Good Enough" IT

Standard Desktop PC

  • [FAIL] Active cooling pulls conductive dust
  • [FAIL] Internal SATA cables vibrate loose
  • [FAIL] Consumer TLC flash dies from logging
  • [FAIL] 19V AC adapter fails from voltage sag

SmartMachine Series-X

  • [PASS] Extruded aluminum passive heatsink
  • [PASS] Cableless board-to-board architecture
  • [PASS] High-TBW pSLC industrial flash
  • [PASS] 9-48V Wide DC input with surge protection

100% Passive Thermal Conduction

Fans are the leading cause of failure in factory environments. We remove them entirely. The Series-X chassis is CNC-machined from extruded aluminum, acting as a massive heatsink directly coupled to the CPU via copper heat pipes.

  • -40°C to 70°C true wide-temperature operation
  • No thermal throttling under sustained load
  • Immune to particulate clogging

IP69K: Beyond Dust Tight

For food and beverage processing, IP65 isn't enough. Our specialized stainless steel Panel PCs are IP69K rated to withstand high-temperature (80°C), high-pressure (1450 PSI) washdowns with caustic cleaning agents.

Bridging Legacy and Edge

Modern IoT architecture still needs to talk to 1980s PLC controllers. Our I/O is designed for maximum interoperability.

Isolated Serial

4x RS-232/422/485 with 2.5kV optical isolation to prevent ground loops.

Dual/Quad GbE

Intel i210 controllers for deterministic Ethernet and fieldbus networks.

PoE+ Vision

Up to 30W per port to drive high-speed GigE Vision cameras directly.

Digital I/O

16-bit isolated DIO for direct triggering of sensors and relays.

Rugged I/O Ports
MIL-STD-810G Vibration

MIL-STD-810G Validated

A forklift computer endures 8 hours of relentless shock. A railway wayside controller sits near 10,000-ton trains. We test to MIL-STD-810G standards (50G shock, 5Grms vibration) by eliminating internal cabling and using conformal-coated, board-to-board designs.

Deploy Anywhere. Mount Anyway.

DIN Rail

DIN-Rail

Clips directly into standard electrical cabinets alongside PLCs and breakers.

Wall Mount

Wall Mount

Heavy-duty steel brackets for direct attachment to machinery chassis.

VESA Mount

VESA Mount

Standard 75/100mm mounting for HMI arms and medical carts.

Stop replacing computers.

When downtime costs $10,000 an hour, deploying consumer hardware is a liability. Upgrade your edge infrastructure today.
